Marcus Vivona

Marcus is responsible for overseeing the strategic direction of the Ohio Capital Corporation for Housing and its entities as well as supervising the Communications, Operations and Events and Asset Management Teams. He collaborates with senior leadership to identify opportunities, set goals, and drive growth. With over 27 years of experience in the affordable housing industry, Marcus has held senior roles in asset management, development, investor relations, and originations across both for-profit and non-profit sectors. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Economics from Nazareth College (now Nazareth University) and an Executive Certificate in Non-Profit Management from the University of Notre Dame.
