COMMUNITY-POWERED

Generosity Sustains Independence.

Housing assistance helps keep Creative Living apartments affordable, but public funding does not cover the Resident Assistance Program or many of the resources that make independent living possible. Donor support helps bridge that gap, sustaining accessible homes, dependable assistance, and opportunities for residents to live with greater independence, confidence, and connection.

ONE MISSION

Two Ways to Direct Your Gift

Every gift advances independence at Creative Living. You may support the Annual Fund, direct your contribution through Max’s Brigade, or divide your gift between both.

ANNUAL FUND

Meeting the Greatest Needs

The Annual Fund provides flexible support for Creative Living’s most important needs, including accessible housing, the Resident Assistance Program, facility maintenance, and emerging priorities. Because needs change throughout the year, Annual Fund gifts allow Creative Living to direct resources where they can make the greatest difference.

GIVE YOUR WAY

Whether you make an immediate contribution, establish monthly support, honor someone special, or include Creative Living in your long-term plans, your generosity helps make independence possible.

Choose the Giving Option That Works for You

ONE-TIME OR MONTHLY GIVING

Make an immediate gift or establish dependable monthly support for Creative Living’s mission. Monthly gifts provide consistent resources throughout the year and help us plan with greater confidence.

WORKPLACE & MATCHING GIFTS

Your employer may match charitable contributions, allowing your gift to have an even greater impact. Creative Living can also be supported through participating workplace campaigns.

HONOR AND MEMORIAL GIFTS

Celebrate someone special, recognize an important milestone, or make a meaningful contribution in memory of a loved one. Creative Living can notify the individual or family you designate without disclosing the gift amount.

PLANNED GIVING

Create a lasting legacy by including Creative Living in your will, estate plan, life insurance, donor-advised fund, or other long-term financial plans. Gifts of appreciated stock or other assets may also provide tax advantages while advancing independent living.

“Creative Living’s mission, values and vision has inspired us to include this organization as a beneficiary in our estate planning. While listening to individual residents their hopes and ambitions gave us the insight to set up a gift agreement. Upon our deaths, our trust will fund an endowment to be used for grants and loans to meet or facilitate special economic needs of current residents. It is our desire to provide resources to assist these men and women to build self-sufficient and productive lives.”
