For over fifty years, Creative Living has offered one of the only long-term, affordable supported housing models in the U.S. specifically designed for adults with physical disabilities—long before the ADA was even established. Our mission is rooted in a simple but powerful idea: that every person deserves the chance to live a life that is inspired, empowered, and independent.

At Creative Living, peer-focused means residents live among others who understand their journey—fostering a deep sense of connection and mutual support. As a 100% community-funded, HUD-subsidized nonprofit, we provide affordable, accessible apartments near The Ohio State University campus, with 24/7 on-call, non-medical support built into daily life. This unique model empowers residents to pursue education, careers, and community life with dignity and autonomy.
